Abertay Sports Injuries Centre (ASIC) is a multi-disciplinary centre that brings together expertise from the areas of sports medicine and sports science and delivers them to the individual.

The Centre is staffed by our physiotherapists with specialist knowledge of sports injuries and significant sports-specific knowledge gained through competing in sport at a high level.  They are also highly qualified in a range of other areas including the diagnosis of injuries, rehabilitation advice, screening, massage, and acupuncture.

Which Injuries will be treated?

All injuries - sporting and non-sporting. The Human Performance Laboratory and the Rehabilitation Room will also be used for remedial and rehabilitation exercises. Advice will be given if more detailed examinations are required.
